Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effective delivery of projects at the right Cost, Quality and Time
• Discussing and understanding the client’s requirements and to suggest suitable solutions in consultation with the Technical team.
• System Requirement Specification document preparation so as to have an understanding of the requirement and scope at both ends.
• Client coordination and documentation
• Managing and coordinating resources involved with the software implementation.
• Effectively track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns via status reports and communication to management.
